🚚 Shipping & Delivery

1 How long will my order take to arrive? +

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery is fulfilled via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) and typically takes 1–2 business days (Tracked & Express Delivery) after dispatch.

2 How much does shipping cost? +

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on Amazon MCF’s live rate—orders under £30 cost approximately £4.47 per box (subject to live rate adjustments). Orders of £30 or more enjoy Free Tracked & Express Delivery. For full details, please see the Shipping policy.

3 Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom? +

Currently, we only deliver to UK addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or international destinations.

4 Will my order be tracked? +

Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with your parcel’s delivery updates. You can also use the tracking number provided to follow your order status online through this portal.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

1 Can I return my order if I change my mind? +

Yes. You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day of delivery to request a return.

As our products are food supplements, returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage in such cases. Once your return is received and verified, we will issue a refund for the product price and any original delivery charge.

2 What if my item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect? +

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. Once verified, our team will provide the best resolution — this may include a replacement, reshipment, or refund. If a return is required, we’ll send you a pre-paid return label and cover the cost of return postage.

3 How do I request a return or refund? +

Please visit our Return Portal, enter your order details, and follow the on-screen instructions.

(Note: For change-of-mind returns within the 14-day cooling-off period, products must remain unopened and unused in their original packaging. Customers must follow the return label instructions carefully to ensure smooth processing.)

When will I receive my refund?

1 Do I need an account to place an order? +

Yes. You’ll need to register using your email address before placing an order. Our store uses Shopify’s password-free login, allowing secure, quick, and convenient access. Each time you log in, a one-time access code will be sent to your email — no passwords to remember.

2 How do I join the G-NiiB Rewards Programme and earn G-Credits? +

Once you register an account, you’ll automatically join the G-NiiB Rewards Programme.

Click the Rewards button (bottom-left of the website) to view your G-Credits balance, redeem coupons, or take part in activities to earn more credits.

3 How do I earn G-Credits? +

You’ll earn 1 G-Credit for every £1 spent. You can also complete bonus activities to earn extra credits. Details can be found via the Reward button on our website.

4 How do I redeem my G-Credits for coupons? +

Once you’ve collected enough credits, you can exchange them for discount coupons by clicking the Reward button on our website → Redeem G-Credits.

5 How can I use my G-Credit coupons without manually entering the code at checkout? +

Click the Reward button on our website → My CouponsAvailable Coupons, select to use your coupon, and the system will automatically apply it at checkout.

6 Can I use multiple G-Credit coupons in one order? +

Yes, you can. Please note that each order must have a total pay amount of £30 or more to qualify for free delivery. For details, please refer to our Shipping policy.

7 Will my G-Credits expire? +

During the promotional period, G-Credits will not expire. You can stay tuned with our website or social media pages (@gniibuk) for any updates. You can also subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the page to receive updates and earn G-Credits.

8 Can I transfer my G-Credits or coupons to others? +

Sorry, G-Credits and redeemed coupons cannot be transferred between accounts. However, you may use your coupons to purchase gifts for friends or family.

A Member Referral Programme will be launched soon. You may later refer your friends or family to try G-NiiB products with an extra discount— stay tuned via our website and social media pages for updates.

9 My order has been cancelled. Will my G-Credit coupons be refunded? +

If your order is cancelled, the used coupon cannot be reinstated, but the G-Credits used to redeem it will be refunded to your Rewards account.

1 Can I subscribe to regular deliveries? +

Yes. When purchasing a G-NiiB 28-day pack, you can choose between a One-Time Purchase or a Subscribe & Save option.

2 What are the benefits of Subscribe & Save? +

With Subscribe & Save, your chosen product will be delivered automatically at regular intervals without hassles or missing your dosage. You’ll also receive subscription discounts — 8% off your first three subscription orders, and 20% off all subsequent deliveries until you cancel your subscription.

3 How often can I receive my subscription deliveries? +

As G-NiiB products are designed for 28-day usage, you can choose to receive your order every 4, 8, or 12 weeks.

4 Can I cancel my Subscribe & save at any time? +

Yes. You can cancel at any time without extra charges. We recommend cancelling at least 2–3 working days before your next renewal to ensure the cancellation is processed before dispatch.
