SHIPPING, FULFILMENT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
We use Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) to deliver all orders placed through our website. At present, we only accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom.
We offer tracked and express delivery (1–2 business days) for all orders within the United Kingdom. Shipping charges are subject to change, and orders meeting specific purchase thresholds may qualify for free delivery.

Once payment is received, your order will typically be processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. During peak periods or public holidays, fulfilment times may be extended. Should there be any unforeseen delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
When your order is ready to be fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions on how to track your parcel. Please note that your order is not considered confirmed until this fulfilment email has been sent. Once an order has entered the fulfilment process, it can no longer be cancelled.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, failed deliveries, or loss of parcels arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.
Once the product has been delivered to the address provided in your order, it becomes your responsibility. Please ensure the delivery location is accessible and secure. We cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or inability to deliver where the address is unattended, inaccessible, or insecure.
While we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, we cannot accept liability for any delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, severe weather, strikes, courier disruption, pandemics and similar events. In such circumstances, we are unable to offer compensation, but we will do our utmost to keep you informed and expedite delivery as soon as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Change of Mind (Cooling-Off Period)
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if you change your mind. As our products are food supplements, we can only accept returns that are unopened, unused, and in their complete original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage in these circumstances. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after we have received and inspected the returned product.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, does not match the product description, or is the wrong item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. These situations are rare, but we will do our utmost to resolve the matter promptly. Once your claim is verified, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund. If a return is required, we will provide a pre-paid return label.

How to Request a Return
To request a return for any reason, please visit our Returns Portal and provide your Order Number, along with your email address, post code, or phone number.
Once your return is approved, you must return the product within 14 days to the address provided. If we do not receive the item within this timeframe, your return request may be cancelled. All returns are subject to verification upon receipt.

REFUNDS
If you are entitled to a refund—whether due to a return request or because your order has been cancelled after payment has been received—we will process your refund promptly and via the original payment method wherever possible.
If you have requested a return because you have changed your mind, refunds will only be processed once we have received and inspected the returned products, confirming they are unopened, unused, and in their complete original packaging.
If your refund is due to a fault with the product, a delivery issue on our part, or if we have cancelled your order, there are no restrictions on the product’s condition, and the shipping cost you paid at checkout will also be refunded.
Refunds will be issued based on the amount you paid for your order. If you purchased an item at a promotional or discounted price, your refund will reflect the price paid at checkout. If you used a gift card or store credit in full or in part, any refund due for the gift card or store credit portion will be returned to you as a gift card or store credit respectively, while the cash portion will be refunded to your original payment method.
We do not charge any refund processing fees. Once your return is approved or your order is cancelled, we aim to process all refunds within 14 days. Please note that the time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Please be aware: If you paid with a credit or debit card issued outside the UK, or in a currency other than GBP, your bank, card provider, or payment service provider may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction charges to the original payment and/or the refund. These fees are set and collected by your bank or payment provider, and we are not responsible for any such charges or any differences arising from exchange rates. By subscribing, you authorise us to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order, at the price and interval you select at the time of subscription. You will receive a confirmation email for each subscription order.
