DELIVERY AREA
We currently deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses or any international locations.
Remote areas include, but are not limited to: Scotland (Aberdeen, Dundee, Falkirk, Outer Hebrides, Inverness, Kirkwall, Kirkcaldy, Paisley, Perth, Galashiels, Shetland Islands), Northern Ireland, British Forces Post Office (BFPO), Channel Islands, Isle of Man and certain offshore or hard-to-access locations. Deliveries to these areas may require additional time.
DELIVERY METHODS & TIMELINES
All orders are fulfilled by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF). While we instruct Amazon not to use Amazon-branded packaging, this cannot be guaranteed in every instance.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
We offer tracked and express delivery (1–2 business days) for all orders within the United Kingdom.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier performance, particularly in remote areas.
SHIPPING CHARGES
To provide customers with a general indication of delivery costs, we have outlined below the approximate shipping rates for reference only. Please note that orders are fulfilled via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF), and Amazon updates its delivery charges periodically. The system will automatically reflect Amazon’s latest shipping rates at the checkout stage. Customers are advised to review the live rate shown at checkout before placing an order, to ensure it is acceptable.

Approximately £4.47 per box* or free for orders of £30 or more.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions to monitor your shipment.

FAILED DELIVERY / RETURN TO SENDER
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply) or issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs).
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, failed deliveries, or loss of parcels arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.
Once the product has been delivered to the address provided in your order, it becomes your responsibility. Please ensure the delivery location is accessible and secure. We cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or inability to deliver where the address is unattended, inaccessible, or insecure.
While we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, we cannot accept liability for any delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, severe weather, strikes, courier disruption, pandemics or similar events. In such circumstances, we are unable to offer compensation, but will do our utmost to keep you informed and expedite delivery as soon as possible.
